Hi angela, The thyroid peroxidase antibodies is commonly raised in hashimotos thyroiditis. In early hashimotos thyroiditis, free T3 will be elevated and as it enters further into chronic phase, thyroid hormone levels will reduce. It might take months to years for that. She does have an overactive thyroid at present due to continuous antibody stimulation but only mildly overactive. But, overtime the thyroid will become burnt out and she might require treatment for hypothyroidism in future. Eosinophil alone is not much helpful and nothing to worry. Hope this helps. Any further query, happy to help again.
