What Do Red Lumps Under The Armpits Indicate?

I had laser hair removal under my arm pits and two days later i had 3 red lumps appear on one arm pit and 2 on the other one they are painful. they went stronger this time on the laser. Those was my 3rd laser appt for my underarms the two before i had no reaction. Is this a normal reaction? And when should it go away?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
It could be some skin reaction. Other possibility is folliculitis.
No need to worry as of now. You can apply some topical antibiotics like mupirocin ointment over the lesion. A short course of antibiotics can also be tried. If the symptoms persist, please consult a dermatologist.
Wishing you good health
Thanks
