What Could The Red Lumps In Armpits Indicate?

I woke up a few days ago with two small lumpa under my left arm pit I wouldn't have evn noticed them if I hadn't been shaving didn't really hurt over last few days those grew bigger and painful figured they were some kind of infection so started taking some antibiotics left over from dentist tried to squeeze one but hurt so bad that wont be happening again now 24 hours after squeeze the first ones appear to be going a way but now there are 3 new ones and they are definitely larger redder and much more painful I am very poor am having to sleep on daughters couch cause I was down sized at work what can I try and do before I absolutely have to see doctor please help

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It is a sort of bacterial infection, If it is not attended promptly may increase to a bigger size. If you use medicines, now it self it may go by its own, or may burst, so that all the pus inside is drained.
If it grow bigger it is to be incised and drained, and medicine are to be used.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses,sprouts,and Protein rich foods to improve resistance against such infections.
