What Do Recurring Chills, Stiff Neck, Hip And Knee Pain Indicate?

About 2 weeks ago I started having chills, aches, and pain that started in my back and hips and would radiate to my knees I had a stiff neck and my feet would start tingling. It hips and knees hurt so bad I could hardly walk. I was Freezing. But was not running a fever. This Past Monday it happened again same symptoms so I went to the clinic. They tested me for the Flu (negative) I was bitten by a tick a little over a month ago so I has a Lyme Panel Done (found out today that was negative). Tonight I am tired and have chills, I do not have the aches and pains or the stiff neck and I am not running a fever (but that could come at any time. Please help.
