Hi doctor, Recently my father n law has done his health checkup & his TMT Report is positive.Doctor suggested us to do an angiogram. Is angiogram is necessary after a positive TMT report ?!The TMT report conclusion is as follows:Exercise time : 3:46 Max HR : 141bpm 86% of max predicted 163bpm HR at rest : 68 Max BP : 190/100 BP at rest : 160/100 Max workload: 7.30METS max ST : -2.30mm,0.00mV/s in V6 RECOVERY 00:14 HR reserve used : 76% HR recovery: 26bpm Freq VE RECOVERY 0 Reason for termination: fatigue THR attained, poor effort tolerance Normal HR & BP Response No angina or dyspnoea ST Depression noted in V5 V6 Occasional ectopics notedTMT POSITIVE for inducible inchaemia Location no : *0*Need ur suggestion .. plz reply doctor.

the report of your TMT indicates that you have some degree of blockage in the blood vessels of your heart. you should undergo angiography and get treatment accordingly.
