General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that a person takes time to recover after an episode of typhoid fever. But in your case it has been one year so we need to look for other reasons of your weakness and poor vision. I would advise you to get yourself assessed by a physician. Get a full blood work up including complete haemogram, thyroid profile and blood sugar profile. Also it would be advisable to get your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist. Maintain a healthy diet including lots of vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water atleast 3to 4 litres in a day. Start a good exercise regime like brisk walking which will help to boost your immunity and general health. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
