Hello,

The report indirectly says that you are suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease or STDS or endometriosis or adhesions with PCOD.
The report needs to be correlated with history and clinical examination and per vaginal examination and biopsy report. Then you have to treat accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu , Internal Medicine Specialist
