What Do Pinching Sensation On Left Side Of The Abdomen And Pain Around The Waist Indicate?
Having dull pinching type pain mid left abdomen and same area on back for days. Was pain around waistline, relieved some what with ibuprofen. Some gas, no urinary or bowel issues. Past history breast cancer without lymph involvement. Strong family history of cancers. Pain not limiting, unable to palpate anything. Pain started as a brush burn feeling.

Pinching and pain in the abdomen may be due to neuropathy or spondylosis with radiculopathy or local inflammation or internal organ injury etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get ultrasound abdomen and X-ray lumbar spine then get treated accordingly.
