OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
White hard lumps on the labia for such a prolonged duration can be because of scars, leukoplakia, or due to inclusion cyst of the sebaceous glands.
I suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined locally , get a biopsy done, if required, and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
