General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As it is bilateral, there are 2 possibilities:
1. Systemic issue (arthritis, gout, or others)
2. Related to positional compression (as sitting cross-legged for long period of time or certain ornaments irritating particular portion in females)

High-resolution clinical photograph would be of great help to understand the issue more thoroughly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
