General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

TSH levels should be between 0.4 to 4.5 which is normal in your report. T4 levels are reduced.A normal TSH with low T4 can indicate pituitary disorders which should be ruled out. Anti thyroglobulin antibodies are within normal limits. Obesity and elevated cholesterol levels should be treated and thyroid function tests should be repeated for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
