General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
According to NABL standardized laboratory, Normal reference range of SGPT is 29-72 IU/L.
Increase values of the SGPT by 5-10 fold have clinical significant.
To decide the liver disease, along with this enzyme bilirubin is also increase.
Only from SGPT, it is difficult to tell about the liver disease.
Do not worry, it is not major issue.
I think your fever is due to viral disease as in early phase of viral infection WBC may decrease.
Take acetaminophen
Take rest, drink plenty of watre
Healthy diet with vitamin and anti-oxidant supplements.
Hope this may help you
