What Do My BP And Heart Rate Indicate?
I am getting concerned about my BP and heart rate ranging 113/78 highest 130/87. Heart rate tonight was 87 and BP was 126/82 I have a fam Hx of heart disease paternal side I ve been trying to eat better and excercise maybe it s just anxiety started back exercising last week after a long time off due to knee injury and been having headaches I ve also eliminated sugar caffeine and lowered carbs in diet so ???????? Just trying to see if I should be concerned or just working myself up
