What Do Mild Degree Of Sclerosis In The Below X-ray Report In Patients With Frontal Sinuses Suggest?

Been experiencing pressure in front sinuses. X-ray results said There is mild degree of sclerosis but otherwise normal aeration of bilateral mastoid air cells. Also other symptoms I ve been experiencing is tiredness hearing loss and changes in vision. Is there more to this. My neurologist also had an MRI done and results come back normal.

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Sclerosis of mastoid hair cells may be accidental finding in radiology. Only among radiological mastoiditis 20% cases may present with clinical mastoiditis. Remaining 80% are clinically normal so just consult your doctor if it is normal Nothing to worry. I think you also have frontal sinusitis use hot water vapor inhalation, use tab. Moterleukast and levocegrizine at night. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your Ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
