Radiation Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is very important to understand the cause for the elevation of these. Usually, high levels indicate liver damage or stress.

If I were your treating doctor, I would like to look out for signs and clues such as weight, alcohol, diet, medication, family history.

If these clues point towards liver damage would like to do sonography of the liver and check bilirubin levels. Based on the results I would like to treat.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Jatin Bhatia, Radiation Oncologist
