What Do Dark, Blotchy Areas Between Breasts And Discoloration On Shoulder Blades Suggest?

I have several dark blotchy areas between my breasts and now one on the underside and it doesn t itch and not raised and no drainage and it s not painful ...i tend also to get these discoloration areas on my shoulder blades during the summer and when I do get a tan u can t tell I have these discoloration

I really appreciate your concern, such pigmentation disorder could be due to fungal infection although clinical observation is very important still you can try "Terbinafine cream" on tentative basis, if this does not comes to normal then this need to be seen clinically for proper diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care.
