What Do I Do To Maintain Immunity In An Hiv Aids Patient ?

My niece has just been diogonised with HIV Aids. Doctors are refusing her tp start HIV AIDS treatment because of her CD4 count (790). What should I do to maintain her immune and prolong her life ? What do I do to maintain immunity (CD4 count - 790) in an hiv aids patient

Treatment is strongly recommended/moderately recommended for patients with CD4 counts from 350-500/µL and moderately recommended/optional for patients with CD4 counts above 500/µL.

What you need to do to prevent lowering immunity:Avoid exposure to people infected with tuberculosis, and infective diseases, avoid getting further STD s, like Syphilis, Hep B and C, Good diet and excise.
