What Diet Should Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Actually iam 8th month of my pregnancy after my scan iam having 2000grams of my baby and liquor slightly reduced and coming to hemoglobin it's 9.2 so what's my next diet ? And one more thing first time it's scissor for me shall I have a chances for normal this time?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
To improve the liquor,
-You have to take plenty of water and fluids.
-L arginine sachets with your doctor's advice.
To correct the anemia,
-Iron rich diet containing dry fruits like dates, fruits rich in iron like pomegranate, green leafy vegetables etc.
-Iron supplements
Adequate amount of rest is needed, preferably eight hours sleep in night and two hours rest in the afternoon.
The type of delivery is preferred depending on:
-The cause for your previous cesarean section.
-Risk factors of present pregnancy.
