hi
the diet that is put for him is good. when sgot and sgpt levels are high that means his liver is working less. liver is the organ that is responsible for fat metabolism. so out body wont be able tp process any fat like cholesterol. so low fat diet is good. also i would advice plenty of green leafy vegetables with lots of fibre as they are rich in vitamin k, milk yogurt and other dairy products for vit D and A, soya milk and soya products for vit E. thes vitamins are fat soluble and needed in excess when liver is improperly functioning.
