What Diet Is Recommended For O Negative Blood Group?

Hello my name is kira,

My blood type is O negative and I would like to know what are the best foods for my blood type?

And if I was to give blood by eating these foods that are good for my blood will they help the people I donate to and give my blood more of a chance of working for them?

Thank you kira

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You are talking like an angel. You want to donate your blood to the needy and you also want your blood should work for them. Please don't worry. These things are taken care of by the god himself.

At one time, type O negative blood was considered the universal blood donor type. This implied that anyone — regardless of blood type — could receive type O negative blood without risking a transfusion reaction. However, we now know even type O negative blood may have antibodies that cause serious reactions during a transfusion. Therefore, you can donate your blood but the doctors will decide on whom it should transfused.

Type O thrives on intense physical activity and animal proteins. Unlike another blood types. Type O can effectively digest and metabolize meat since they generally have high stomach-acid content material. Restrict usage of grains, breads, legumes, cabbage, brussels, sprouts, cauliflower, mustard green and beans. You can refer this website http://top-diet.com/type-o-blood-diet-food-list
