What Could Yellow Crust And Irritation In Nose Indicate?

Hi I know this sounds very nasty but I'm 19 years old and I've been having this irritation in my nose it's yellow crust around my left nostril and I've been trying to clean it frequently but it's not getting any better. Also when the crust comes off my skin is just red and then it comes back

Hi,
It seems that due to cold there might be having nasal secretion and deposited in the cavity.
Do not try to remove ctrusts.
Put otrivin decongestant nasal drops.
Apply glycerine or vaseline for soothing of nasal mucosa.
Ok and take care.
