Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
From the description it seems, you could be having seborrheic dermatitis.
Please use a mild cleanser and moisturiser like cetaphil daily. At affected areas apply a mild steroid antifungal cream twice in a day. Hopefully in few days, the areas would clear. If this doesn't help, meet a doctor nearby as sometimes oral medicines like terbinafine/itraconazole, steroid or isotretinoin needs to be added.
Take care
