Hello

Your findings suggests normal size uterus with thickened endometrium and small fibroid.

Thickened endometrium may be due to both reasons, benign or malignant.Biopsy should be done to confirm its nature.

Fibroids are benign tumours and it can be managed by both means conservative or surgical.
Treatment depend upon many things like age of the patient, symptoms, family is completed or not etc.
Left ovary contains a cystic structure,it may be a simple ovarian cyst or normal follicular cyst. You may need follow up ultrasound if needed.

Get well soon.
Take Care
