General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is an optimum thickness of endometrium.many times there are small benign ovarian cysts.

Some of which resolve by themselves. Cheer up; you are perfectly healthy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
