What Could The Diagnosis Of Diarrhea, Migraine, Vomiting And Rashes On Body Be?
Hello Thursday morning diarrhoea, migraine and evening vomitting. Friday still had diarrhoea and migraine and developed rash around neck and chest. It feels slightly raised but smooth. Its very red and seems to fade and then come back.Developed sore throat this morning. Other symptoms of diarrhoea, nausea and migraine disappeared. But late evening developing tonsillitis

You are having combinations of symptoms. First thing migraine is mostly associated wirh vomiting. Rash may have various causes depending on its nature and associated with fever or not. Diagnosis will be required to treat this.
Diarrhea as well as sore throat require antibiotic treatment with correction of fluid imbalance.
So my suggestion is that consult a doctor to have complete checkup and examination for correct diagnosis and subsequent treatment.

I have gone through your query.In your condition a leptospirosis can be suspected.A low platelet count is characteristic for that.A routine blood count and Lepto igm examination if necessary should be carried out.If i suspect that i treat with doxycycline antibiotics,adequate hydration and rest.You should take more fluids according to your loss.ORS is good if diarrhea continues.Hope this may help you.
