Hi. I am a 28 year old female from North Carolina. I am suffering from what I think may be a bug bite on my ear lobe. Both ear lobes are extremely red, swollen, and itchy. I have swollen lymph nodes at the base of skull and itching there, and down the back and sides of my neck. Could this be a reaction to a bite or is it normal to itch and be swollen when simply fighting another type of infection?
