What Could Swelling In Eyelid Suggest?

ive recently noticed swelling on my right eyelid. it seems to go away in minutes, but it continues to happen frequently. i cant feel it when it is swelling and i only see it if i happen to be looking in the mirror. Its only on my right eye. Whats going on?
