Hello dear,

Given the history that you have high blood pressure, overweight & on blood thinner, the symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to Hypertensive neuropathy (damage of the nerve fibers).

However, other causes need to be ruled out, such as:
1. Poor neuromuscular co-ordination.
2. Any fluctuation in blood sugar levels
3. Nerve compression due to incorrect sleeping posture
4. Inadequate hydration & nutrition status.
5. Deficiency of certain nutrients like Iron, Vitamin B 12, Calcium, Magnesium, etc.

Investigations like complete blood count, serum electrolytes, estimation of blood pressure and blood sugar levels, & Doppler scan of the arm will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with nervigenic agents (like Vit B6, B12, Folic acid) as well as multivitamin & mineral supplementation needs to be added in the diet.

If symptoms still persist, kindly consult a Neurologist for a proper clinical examination.

Wishing a good health.
Take care.
