What Could Stomachache, Vomiting And Esophageal Irritation Indicate?

I have pain in my stomach,no appetite and am feeling sick and tired.My stomach is very sensetive I vomit when I eat something that irritates it.mostly I feel like someone is speezing my oesophagus. I feel that food is not digested and I have diarrhoea.i visited my doc he said I have an infection in my stomach ,anaemia and deficiency in calcium.he prescribed some vitamins and gave me ganaton and controloc for my stomach but I dont feel alot better maybe the medication is not good enough

Stomach pain , vomiting and digestion problem that indicate irritable bowel syndrom.

Irritable bowel syndrom may cause bloting or gas problem in stomach.

Long standing irritable bowel syndrom may cause anemia and weight loss.

More acid reflux lead to irritation at oesophagus area.
Endoscope is helpful for further diagnosis.
Abdominal ultrasound is normal in irritable bowel syndrom.
