What Could Stomach Pain With Sore Nipples And Headache Suggest?

I have dull stomach twinges and am 7 days late. I did a first response test this afternoon and it was negative. I have had unprotected sex several times but used the withdrawal method apart from once. I haven't had sore nipples and apart from headaches and tiredness no other symptoms. What's wrong with me?

Hi,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. If you have always had regular monthly menstrual cycles, your chances of conception are high. HPTs read well when performed 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If you have not done so, please repeat the test with a standard test kit. You can also go for the assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. Finally, a trans-vaginal sonogram gives you the condition of the pelvic organs and helps to conclude. Hope this helps.
