What Could Spreading, Tiny Red And Fluid Filled Itchy Rashes On Ears, Back, Chest And Neck Be?

Late last night I noticed a little bit of a rash starting behind my ears. Throughout the day it has gotten worse and has spread all down my back, is on my chest, and all over my neck. It is itchy but I can deal with It. I am a 28 year old female, generally in good health, and have no significant health history including no history of allergies. I have not been exposed to any new soaps/detergents/foods etc. the rash consists of many tiny red and inconsistent fluid filled bumps. Some are clustered and others are alone.

Such itchy rash with fluid filled lesions can be due to:

1) allergic cause
2) infectious

I need to actually visualize the lesion so that correct diagnosis can be made.
I will advice you to put a pic if possible or consult your dermatologist in person so that proper examination can be done.
