What Could Spreading Brown Rashes On Wrist And Hand Of A Teenager Indicate?

my 14 year old daughter came back from south dakota with a rash on her wrist and hand. that was 1 week ago. it has shown up on the other wrist and hand as well and has turned brown. initially the rash looked like popped blood vessels under the skin. any thoughts

- Viral infection
- Parasitic manifestation with contagious spread to adjacent regions
- Uncontrolled blood sugar
- Bug bite related sequence
