Critical Care Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Well to me it looks like a blood clot only, any severe pain with color changes can be suspected for a blood clot in the vasculature. If such a patient comes to my clinic I would suggest him to have an Immediate scan and also few Blood Investigations without any delay.

1) Arterial and Venous Doppler of the Left Upper Limb
2) FBS & PLBS
3) Hba1C
4) PT INR
5) APTT

Review with a general surgeon. If you have any Queries further you can get back to me.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
