What Could Red Blotches On Left Arm Mean?

I have red blotches on my left arm. I was diagnosed with cellulitus on my right arm. I went to the doctor today for the blotches on my left arm and they said that is not cellulitus. They have put me on prednesone. I don t remember exactly why. Could you maybe tell me why. I have no fever I feel fine, I did experience some bug bites from work. I just have this red blotch on my left arm and its very itchy.

Hello dear,

just gone through your question, and I feel you must have insect bite reaction or some kind of allergy/eczema that's why it's red inflammed and itchy.and may be the reason respected doctor has put you on prednisolon.

cellulitis is very painful condition with fever as you know.

Thank you
