Any Treatment For Red Rashes On Hand?

Hi, my daughter has a red rash that started on her neck with little red blotches. Then it moved to under her forearms, near her arm pits. Then onto her front thighs. The red blotches on their are larger and some are red blotches around a white circle.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history your daughter is having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
