What Could Palpitations With Heart Murmur On Being Active / Mobile Indicate?
My heart just started palpitating a few days ago, do have a heart murmur, when sitting down it stops palpitating but when I start walking around the house my heart races and flutters and palpitate untill I sat down then it stops. but if I move it starts again.

Heart palpitations occurs due to multiple reasons, it can be anxiety, low hemoglobin, thyroid hormone excess etc. You mentioned about the murmer, if you are having it then it raises the possibility of heart valve problem. But you should get this finding confirmed. If it's present, then you ll need Echo to confirm the diagnosis.
Also, get hemoglobin and thyroid test done. Till the time you can get tab Ciplar LA 20 mg once a day prescribed for your palpitations.
