What would cause left rib pain and left boob pain tawards left arm pit I feel a lump in my boob that moves if I press on it and hurts really bad has been going on since tuesday if I look in mirror I can c the difference in my boobs and hurts to inhale/ breath talk swollow anything cough lay on left side and move. I been coughing so much I have a lot of flem and I get a coughing so bad I start choking and gaging and feel like im gonna puke what could it be.?
