What Could Numbness In Tongue With A Bump Indicate?

I have had kind of a numbness on the middle and back of my tongue the past week. I thought it was allergies draining. Looking today, I have a white small bump on the side of my tongue and noticed at least one on the back of the tongue. Do you know what this might be?

hi it could be anything from a candid all infection to leukoplakia which may lead to early malignancy... need to be seen by a dermatologist and proceed..
