Hi! For swollen lymph nodes in the neck I'd recommend a Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) test. This is an easy, quick and outpatient procedure which usually reveals the nature of the swelling. In case it is non-confirmatory, a biopsy of one of the nodes is advised. All the best!
