What Could Lumps On Head During Chickenpox Infection Suggest?

Hi, My 3 yr old has chickenpox. Most are scabbing over. I was stroking her head to check if they were also scabbing over and have found a larger lump on the back bottom right side of her head. Does one have lymph nodes there (it's an oval shape and feels at least 2 times bigger than a chicken pox spot and is slightly movable)

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your concerns.
The swelling at back bottom right side of her head looks to be due to small abscess formations as there is no lymph node at this location.
Give her some antibiotics and see the results, it will settle down.
Also give her nutritious diet, multivitamins and supportive treatment t get well faster.
I find this answer helpful
