Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. Your symptoms can be due to either a very early pregnancy or hormone imbalance. In the current scenario, an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres would be ideal to confirm/exclude pregnancy. Urinalysis also should be done as infections of the urinary tract also can cause similar symptoms. If pregnancy is negative and no infection is detected, the next step would be to do a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route to know the status of the pelvic organs. This done, hormone supplements are given to correct the cycles, if necessary, after a hormone profile. Any other treatment is planned based on the investigation results. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
