What Could It Be If Had Glycemic Attack, Dizziness, Nausea, Blurred Vision, Hot And Cold Flashes, Hairloss, Poor Apetite?

I have been diagnosed with severe fibromyalgia at mayo clinic and was there for having c-diff for over a year and was on antibiotics which caused severe IBS and other issues. But last few days I had a glycemic attack and dizzy, nausea and blurred vision since and have been either freezing cold or extremely hot with no fever. Very achy and just don't feel well. Something just doesn't feel right. Not like a flu at all. I've had hair loss and feel hot a lot with poor appetite. What could it be? Possibly thyroid problem? Also frequent irritation and diahrea after eating only.

Hi,
It would be helpful to know your age and sex. Also have you been losing weight, sleep disturbances and feeling recent anxiety. Also mention duration of symptoms and nature of stools whether it contains frank blood, dark coloured or mucoid.
Please let me know so that I could advise you further.
