welcome to Health care magic.
1.This findings are seen in the medical renal disease.
2.The echogenicity is increased due to presence of parenchymal disease of the kidney.
3.In this cases in later stages kidney are shrunken in size.
4.You need to get your KFT - Kidney function test (urea , creatinine , protein)
5.With the result you need to see nephrologist as soon as possible - as it may complicate. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
