Hello, Thanks for the query. From what you are stating it appears that she has developed chronic renal (kidney) failure. When this happens kidney s capacity to filter various substances is affected, leading to increase in creatinine, urea and also protein in urine. This kind of a problem occurs as a consequence to either uncontrolled blood glucose levels (Diabetes) or improperly controlled blood pressure or some other inherent kidney disease. Increased liver size denotes a fatty liver. This can be seen in persons with long standing diabetes (Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver) or those indulging in excess alcohol. So if she has diabetes and hypertension then both these conditions should be properly treated and controlled effectively. Plus patient should reduce protein intake. Thanks
