What Could High Temperature Post Bladder Surgery Suggest?

I've treated yet another bladder infection( after being told the lining of my bladder was inflamed & was prescribed Trimethoprim for 6 months daily. 18 days ago, I did 7 days of Levaquin and still am not "right"...my temp is 96.1 & I feel awful. What's potentially happening here?
