What Could Heartburn With Loose Stools Suggest?

have persistent heartburn for 3 days (sudden onset) and pretty heavy post nasal drip, with belching and loose stool at times... a little bit tired, almost like a "flu" type feeling. can breath no problem through both nostrils, and no fever. overall, feel "ok," but the heartburn won't go away. took an antacid that helps a little, but not a lot.
