What Could Have Caused Single Episode Of Vomiting And Dizziness?
I was sitting watching tv and then started to feel a little dizzy. When I got up I was still dizzy, then got sick to my stomach and was flushed. I had been feeling just fine. I feel better now, after throwing up, but still a little dizzy. What could have caused that?

Vomiting and dizziness in this scenario could be related to acute gastritis, or exacerbation of chronic gastritis, dietary changes, food intoxication, medication related, or hypertensive crisis (age not confirmed!) etc. Most probably single episodes are self resolving without any treatment but appropriate investigations must be done in order to avoid missing anything serious as mentioned above, further consultation must provide complete history with age, sex, medication history, previous such episodes, food allergies, medical history etc..
