What Could Have Been The Sound Near The Iliopsoas And Pubic Area While Dancing?

hi. I was doing the splits and all of a sudden I heard a popping sound. It seems to be near the iliopsoas muscle and pubic bone. I'm not sure what to do because I need to stretch, but this happens everytime... I'm a dancer, 16 yrs old, male, 136 lbs, 5'11"

Welcome to HCM
Hello, the pooping sound may de due to
1. Ligament tare
2.Crackling sound of joints
3.Muscular stretching
As this happens every time and there is no pain nothing to worry ,in any case you need to visit a orthopedics and get an X-ray done to rule out any problem as this is important for you as a dancer
Thank you
Regards
