What Could Foot Swelling With Delay In Periods Suggest?

Hi, my name is Sanda and I m 47 yrs old, I am 7 weeks late for period. I took home pregnancy test it s shows negative. My foot and ankles are swelling and a little bit of back pain too. I m little worry about my health.Please advice,Thank you so much.

as your 47yrs if your periods are getting delayed it could be sign of menopause you may get irregular periods bleeding pattern may also vary from scanty to heavy if pregnancy test is negative not to worry.
regards to you joint swelling you should notice about involvement of small or large joints, wether early morning or through out day increases with activity and consult orthopedic to rule out arthritis.
