General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the fluttering heart with tickling sensation from throat to vagina indicate underlying stress or anxiety induced manifestations of symptoms rather than a primary organic reason. A detailed history, physical examination are of paramount importance in this regard to proceed further.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
